Schedules:
Age Brackets Offered:	Age 3 – 6: Sundays, 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm
	Age 7 – 12: Saturdays 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Scheduled Session Dates:
	All weekends of March/April/May and June 2022 except for Holy Week
*NOTE: Should there be any sudden cancellations due to weather, a text advisory will be sent out to those signed up. *No walk-ins; reservation required *Exact address of private field in South Forbes Village to be provided once slot is confirmed

 

Rate at South Forbes training: P800/session x no. of sessions to be attended

*Weekly payment allowed

 

Uniform fee: P1,500/set

10 session module: Apr. 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30, May 5, 7, 12, 14

RATES:

P4,500 promo package for 10 session module

*Prorated packages as seen in chart above

P750 uniform fee inclusive of 2 jerseys (first time enrollees)

*Summer is peak season; enrollees must declare dates to be attended and settle accordingly upon reservation once slot reservation is confirmed.
