Module Period:	Starting February 2023
Type of Camp:	Outdoor Football, Artificial Turf
Schedules:	Thursdays, 4:15pm
Age Brackets Offered:	Beckham Buddies: (Age 3 – 6): 1 hour
	Messi Magicians: (Age 7 – 11): 1.5 hours
*NOTE: Should there be any sudden cancellations due to weather, a text advisory will be sent out to those signed up. *No walk-ins; reservations required

Option 1: Avail of a 10-session package- P7,000

Term and Conditions:

• Valid for 90 days from date of purchase
• Applicable to one (1) training venue only
• Package cannot be shared between players/siblings
• Slot reservation is still required via weekly attendance surveys posted on Viber group of specific camp location

Option 2: Pay per Session- P800/session

HOW TO SIGN UP:

• Send an SMS to Futbol Funatics mobile # 0917-329-00-11 with name, age of player, selected venue, desired schedule and intended start date
• Await link to access Request Form and Waiver
• Once your Request Form has been processed, you will receive a booking confirmation text and the options for payment (bank transfer or Gcash)

GENERAL CAMP POLICIES:

 

*First timers will be given a free trial on their first session (slot reservation via text still required; not applicable to BGC camp and Seton camp)

 

*Enrollees are accepted anytime throughout a modular period, subject to slot availability.  Prorated rates are available for enrollees who come in mid-way through a module as well as for enrollees who are just selecting particular dates of the module. During summer season/peak season, those selecting prorated packages must declare the dates they intend to attend.

 

*In the event that Futbol Funatics cancels a session due to weather and/or unplayable field from extreme weather conditions, a carry-over session is given to those who pre-paid for the session. Carry-over sessions are only valid for the modular period immediately succeeding the module where cancellation occurred.

 

*Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

*Missed session/absences are forfeited, unless absence is supported by the submission of a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE.

 

 

HOW TO RESERVE A SLOT:

You will receive a text confirmation within 24 hours regarding slot availability.

Once your slot is confirmed, you may settle at the registration booth of your selected camp location 30mins before the start of the session. (During summer module/peak season, advanced payments are required to secure a slot).
