Age Brackets Offered:	Beckham Buddies: (Age 3 – 6) : 1 hour
	Messi Magicians: (Age 7 – 11) : 1. 5 hours
	Ronaldo Runners: (Age 12 – 14) : 1. 5 hours
	Cannavaro Captains: (Age 14 – 17): 1.5 hours
*NOTE: Should there be any sudden cancellations due to weather, a text advisory will be sent out to those signed up.

Option 1: Avail of a 10-session package- P7,000

Term and Conditions:

• Valid for 90 days from date of purchase
• Applicable to one (1) training venue only
• Package cannot be shared between players/siblings
• Slot reservation is still required via weekly attendance surveys posted on Viber group of specific camp location

Option 2: Pay per Session- P800/session

HOW TO SIGN UP:

• Send an SMS to Futbol Funatics mobile # 0917-329-00-11 with name, age of player, selected venue, desired schedule and intended start date
• Await link to access Request Form and Waiver
• Once your Request Form has been processed, you will receive a booking confirmation text and the options for payment (bank transfer or Gcash)

Wednesdays & Fridays, 4:30pm

10 session module: Apr. 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, May 6, 8, 13, 15, 20 (no session May 1, Labor Day)

RATES:

P4,500 promo package for 10- session module

*Prorated packages as seen in chart above

P750 uniform fee inclusive of 2 jerseys (first time enrollees)

*Summer is peak season; enrollees must declare dates to be attended when text reservation is sent in, then settle accordingly to confirm slot.
