FICEP is Futbol Funatics’ Football Immersion and Cultural Exchange Program in SPAIN which is geared towards giving football players a multitude of opportunities for extensive growth and personal development both on and off the pitch. Running for 13 years to date and meticulously crafted annually by the FF Directors since 2012, the Program’s activities promote personal growth, character building and an enhanced sense of self-responsibility—all while engaging in a football experience that raises game-sense, decision-making, technical ability, tactical understanding and a deeper appreciation for the sport of football.

Moreover, through guided travel and quality immersion in the Spanish culture and football atmosphere that is unique to Spain, it has been an unforgettable, life-changing experience for many players who have been a part of the FICEP program.

BEYOND THE LESSONS ON PITCH

As with all Futbol Funatics endeavors, the essence of the FICEP experience goes beyond the football pitch. Each activity is a meaningful endeavor. From the football training to the travel, the team meals, group excursions and all of the in-betweens, important values are emphasized, discipline is instilled and learning is always an enjoyable experience.

HEADACHE-FREE ARRANGEMENTS

With FF’s extensive experience in Team Travel, arrangements are all taken-cared of.  The flights, accommodations, meals, training, sight-seeing and matches are all part of the package and pre-arranged so that parents travelling without their child need not worry about a thing, while those coming along with the delegation may benefit from a hassle-free experience as a companion.
