*Note: The FFAST-Cebu training program is the selection utilized for FF’s representation in Cebu-based competitions as well as a training pool for possible inclusion in Manila-based tournaments and other FF programs. It is supplementary training to the players’ school-based varsity programs to help enhance players’ advanced skills as well as deepen their understanding of the game.
