CFIS is a tournament created by Futbol Funatics for schools across Metro Manila. The competition features three match dates in a cumulative festival format, with two rounds of eliminations leading to playoffs on the final day.

Held annually during the first quarter, CFIS has welcomed participating schools such as Singapore School Manila, Elizabeth Seton School, PWU, St. Jude, MGCNLCA, Woodrose, Brains & Brawn, and more.
