GENERAL CAMP POLICIES:
*There are no free trials in this camp location. First timers who wish to try one session first may avail of the drop in rate (P550/session). Slot reservation via text is still required.
*Enrollees are accepted anytime throughout a modular period, subject to slot availability. Prorated rates are available for enrollees who come in mid-way through a module as well as for enrollees who are just selecting particular dates of the module. During summer season/peak season, those selecting prorated packages must declare the dates they intend to attend.
*In the event that Futbol Funatics cancels a session due to weather and/or unplayable field from extreme weather conditions, a carry-over session is given to those who pre-paid for the session. Carry-over sessions are only valid for the modular period immediately succeeding the module where cancellation occurred.
*Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
*Missed session/absences are forfeited, unless absence is supported by the submission of a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE.
*BGC-TURF MANAGEMENT RULING:
*BGC TURF management has a strict ruling on proper footwear when using the artificial turf. Spikes are required for ages 7 and up while players 6 years old and below may wear regular rubber shoes. Only players and coaches are allowed inside the turf area, hence we recommend that companions and guardians bring folding chairs and umbrellas to use while waiting for their children outside the fenced playing area. Please also keep watch of your children when they leave the field premises, especially for those who need their guardians when taking bathroom breaks.
Parents that need to accompany their child inside the field premises (first timers and players below the ages of 6) will still need to comply with BGC Turf Management’s requirement of wearing football shoes while on the Turf. Thank you!
